Pétanque or Boules? - 3

It's 8.30 in the evening and today we are in the Boules Club of Menton, which is directly opposite the market building (behind me) - the sea is beyond the palm trees. We are watching a lesson in throwing the boule. Are these two father and son? What do you think?

    Interesting that the "sport" gets so much attention. It is like our horse shoes I suppose.

    Boule is another new word for my vocabulary! Hmmm, he could be the father or perhaps the boule instructor?

    The young boy is adorable. I love his posture in the last photo. It looked like a ballet pose before the dance. He probably won't appreciate that comment. :-)

    Who else would teach him? maybe a loving uncle...loving dad.....whomever..it is a great photo of them.

    Father or son? It really doesn't matter because the adult is taking time to teach and encourage a child. Wonderful!!
