Fête du Citron - Adelaide
This little charmer is called Adelaide. She posed for her parents and just as they were done, I came along and wanted to take a photograph. It took three before she'd smile and even then she wouldn't look at the camera. Cute eh?
As you can see, we've sunshine but it's chilly - everyone wrapped up as if it's winter - which I suppose it is.
She is a real cutie! I guess 3 was the charm.
ReplyDeleteShe is a cute little girl.
ReplyDeleteCute little one.
ReplyDeleteJilly, if you love flowers, come see my first tulip of the year.
Little children love sunglasses, don't they? You got a good shot of her!
ReplyDeleteVery sweet - love the long sleeves and the pink hat to match her socks. Any child called Adelaide has to be cute!

ReplyDeleteaww, she's sweet! love the photo
ReplyDeleteA real sweetheart. Adelaide is an interesting name - a long dead Queen after whom a city is named! Is she French? Is it a common name in France? I read somewhere that one of the most popular boys names in France is Kevin. Oh la la!
ReplyDeleteFor a second, from the title, I thought the Fete du Citron had migrated to Adelaide, SA.
ReplyDeleteLOL
I'm a bit OZ-focused at the moment I suppose.
That's OK with us, Nathalie !!

She is truly a little cutie.
Do you suppose that she pronounces her name as Adelaïde with the accent on the ï . It adds another syllable ?
Excellent capture, and 3rd time lucky, Jilly !!!
She is adorable in her little shades and pink hat!!
