Three's company

Life on the seawall. Maybe the small photo, where all three members of this family are looking at the same thing, is better than the main one? However, the larger photo shows the dog's profile.

  1. They're thinking how nice the water looks for a dip !!!
Perhaps in a few more days ?
Great little dog, too. Does he have a bit of Inspector Rex + something else in him ? You're the expert.

  2. I think if this dog had been a Labrador, he would not have been on the wall but in this so blue sea...!

  3. I bet I could sit and stare out from that seawall all day. Great picture, I bet even the dog like the view.

  4. Great a dog at last - I seem to have been visiting blogs today and finding cats all over the place.

  6. Fantastic! I like the main one best, but I'm glad you published both ... they are both very nice.

  7. There is always life on this seawall, I think. You could make your whole blog one scene after another, showing all the different "life" there.

Not that I'm suggesting you do that. There's so much to see in and around Menton that I'd miss.

  9. greta sense of companionship here.

Your new lens has picked out the quality of the fur coat, and given us a nice profile of his gnashers!.

  10. Oh, I do love it! The dog is so well-behaved, too! Mine would be moving constantly!

I have a dog post today (Monday). Have you heard about the greyhound problem here? It's pretty interesting. . . .

  12. Rather reminds me of our little Sascha (burmese cat) who insists on sleeping in between us.
I love the sea wall series Jilly and he/she is certainly a beautiful dog. Did I tell you that I once had a german shepherd?

  13. Love them both, but I would have chosen the same one as you. The dog's build and alertness reminds me of the long-haired alsatian I used to have and train for display work, who had the most impressive vocabulary (probably in the region of 200 words).
