Wonderful photo! The people are oblivious, but the dog is smiling just for you. One of the few things I miss about television is seeing the various dog shows. Your blogs help fill the gap.

ReplyDeleteThe "Impératrice Eugénie", was the wife of Napoleon III, who had been previously refused the hand in marriage of Adelaide von Hohenlohe-Langenburg, niece of Queen Victoria.
