Theme Day - Numbers
Theme Day for the City Daily Photo family and today's theme is numbers. I wonder if the number 26 shown on these boys' T-shirts represents a famous French footballer? This Menton beach photo was taken at the end of March.
Today, being the first of the month, it's City Daily Photo Theme Day with 181 different cities throughout the world taking part. Please click here to view thumbnails for all participants where you'll find originality and beautiful photographs waiting for your viewing pleasure.
This photo has everything: theme day post, scenery, and the young man seemingly mesmerized by the sea.

ReplyDeleteWe are visiting Menton this summer for the first time - and your blogg have become a favorit to me.
I know I should be focused on the numbers, but the colors are so pretty! My first thought with the identical numbers was the little brother imitating the older brother? Great shot!
ReplyDeleteGreat photo!
ReplyDeleteYoung boys love to wear shirts that bear a hero's number. Good choice.
ReplyDeleteGood catch! The are looking at something I love.
ReplyDeleteGreat shot--love the water and beach. MB

Wow - I can't imagine the sea being warm enough in March to actually paddle in - it wouldn't be up here, that's for sure!!! Lovely shot.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely post for the theme! I also like the second one as it gives more space for me too see what the kids where looking at (the sea actually) Great post! Happy theme day!
ReplyDeleteI am wondering if they have 26 of the same thing at home. hehe..
ReplyDeleteHappy Theme Day Jilly!
Fantastic twin numbers in black and white, this is a rare find Jilly! Your post is exceptional, as expected !
ReplyDelete(the sea looks pretty cold still!!!)
What a nice shot, Jilly! I don't think these "26" have something to do with a French footballer, they seem more "American" to me...
ReplyDeleteAh, those gorgeous shades of blue. Looks like you've found your numbers on that beautiful beach too. Lovely choice, Jilly!
ReplyDeleteI really like your picture, fit right in with our theme in creative way. Cool.
ReplyDeleteIt even works for last month's theme, too! I have a few little boys of my own - and this photo inspires me. I need to get them too a beach.

ReplyDeleteSuperbement bien vu et et préfère encore la seconde !!!
ReplyDeleteThis reminds me that it's been ages since I got my toes wet in the ocean. I better do something about that. Nicely done.
