A Menton Christmas - the Big Wheel in detail
Here we see the Big Wheel again, but this time, in more detail - and with its old-fashioned feel. I'll report how comfortable it is - if this endless, endless rain ever stops. Grrrrrr....
A big Ferris wheel and a palm tree on the Riviera? Sigh. Here it is winter in the middle of the US. The lighting and detail on the bottom of the cars is very beautiful.
Is the big wheel still in the Place de la Concorde in Paris? Not near you but, well, the same country. My wife and I will be in Paris in April for our anniversary and I was just wondering.
Bloggers in Australia are talking about the beginning of summer, this looks very summery to me! I mentioned you on my blog today. Maybe you'll give us a picture taken from the ferris wheel?
This is great perspective on this one Jilly. 'roon should be proud of his student. Tell Bob the grand roue is up in Paris and if he ever stopped by my Paris blog he would know that-HA Maybe I'll tell him myself!!! V

ReplyDeletebel angle et je la trouve belle. J'espere que la pluie va s'arreter un jour

ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear about the rain - is this normal for this time of the year?
ReplyDeleteThis looks like fun but I don't like heights that much.
This look like an antique wheel compare to the Modern looking in Paris!!
ReplyDeleteThe view must be gorgeous from up there!
