Perfect shot that top one! Bravo for being the brave girl. Peter couldn't persuade me to get on the Grand Roué at Tuileries. I wanted to see Paris from high above but couldn't get my nerve up. V
Extra vertigo from looking out to sea! I'll probably get to ride the London Eye in a couple of weeks - so gray, so technological by comparison. Given the choice, I'd rather look at the Mediterranean rather than the Thames.
on s'amuse et en plus je pense que l'on doit avoir une superbe vue
ReplyDeleteIs that rust on the bottom of the cars on the Big Wheel? Or, is it paint? It looks incredibly hight up.
ReplyDeleteThis looks like a huge Ferris Wheel.....one of the few rides I don't mind doing....roller coaster on the other hand....not so much...or at all!!
ReplyDeleteThis is a beautiful series, Jilly.
ReplyDeleteI usually don't like Ferris wheels, but the views you show would make me change my mind. Been enjoying your past posts.
ReplyDeleteI love this angle. It looks like you are about to fly out over the ocean.

Abraham, it's not rust. They are painted a sort of apricot colour so easy to think it might be rust.
ReplyDeleteThis Ferris Wheel is only 20 metres high. That's quite low compared to some, so perhaps not so scary, girls!

ReplyDeleteJust the two of us and the big blue sea...
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful shots! I like the centered composition.
ReplyDeleteThis is not the image to see over my cornflakes. Really caught the dizzying heights and movement.
