  2. Bibi, I wondered. In fact I first posted that way around but realised the mimosa isn't quite in focus. I took it from a very long way away. Might change it around. Thanks...

  3. I also like the cropped version best and the way the hand hovers over the sand, and over the handprint. Really terrific photo.

  4. Jilly, you and Alice totally drew me in today with your beach shots. Now I can't focus on work. Oh yeah, what am I doing looing at CDPBlogs when I'm supposed to be preparing some work materials. . .sigh.
Honestly, when I saw the word mimosa I though champagne and orange juice rather than flowering tree. These are both inspiring shots, but I too love the cropped version best.

  7. Keeping his golden treasure at his side. Love his hand touching the sand. (That's exactly what I would have done).

  8. Another vote for the cropped version, but we need both to understand. Great shot.

  11. I like the cropped version best too. What is not shown is the story of the picture.

  15. this is just marvellous. Love the color and the nice white shirt of the man. the close-up version is the best photographically but it's nice to see that he has a companion & the explanation for the flowers. The mimosas at our botanic gardens are in bloom - will have to go visit.
