We're in Roquebrune now. On the beach near to Cap Martin. No sand here.
This lady is well organised with her music and her knitting. You wouldn't want to be mixing sun oil with knitting, would you?

ReplyDeleteAlready nicely tanned! I admire knitters...I don't knit, but love knitted things.
ReplyDeleteIf she is knitting a sweater or scarf, she will hopefully have plenty of time to finish it before winter.
ReplyDeleteWouldn't want to be sitting and knitting on rocks either! She even has her toenails painted...really with it!

ReplyDeleteI am still having trouble figuring out how those folks lie or sit on those stones! I remember the young lovers a while back. Now that I understand!HA I'd like a lounge chair please. I love to knit but haven't done it at the beach. Maybe I'll knit a scarf while in the country in France!

ReplyDeleteI think there is a layer or two of padding in her towel. Those stones sure do look smooth . . . there must be some wave action there.
ReplyDeleteGreat photo, really the kind of thing you would see on a beach here in Yorkshire, but here it would most likely not very sunny.
