one of the most beautiful towns on the French Riviera
This young man and his friend (see the last photo) played for hours, sometimes here with the large pieces - and sometimes at a table, against the clock and always with boundless enthusiasm.'Every Chess Master was once a beginner'
Such a fun set of chess pieces
We have those big chess pieces in B'ham. I have never seen anyone play with them however. Great shots of this cute young man.V
Don't you wonder what the future holds for these young chess players? They give me hope. Thank you for capturing them in this moment.
What can I say, now you have produced the desire to be young again. Chess can be so much fun. Lovely photos by the way. Take care Jilly.Drew
I guess the idea behind the giant chess pieces is so one can exercise not only their mind while playing chess! =) nice photo, btw.
Great capture, and I am always happy to see young people engrossed in a chess game rather than staring at a computer screen.
