Spot the portable telephone. Not too difficult I'd think.
A lone rider and horse walk in Gorbio's square. In the background, two men chat. The day's menu is being put in place at the beautiful Restaurant Beausejour.
Is it any wonder I love this village so much?
It is quite beautiful and the horse is too.
ReplyDeletenon tu as raison c'est un beau village ou les animaux ont leur place
ReplyDeleteI love all these photos; I wish I could jump through my computer screen...
ReplyDeleteBibi's got it right. How often have I felt exactly that way as I visited fellow bloggers on CDP. I certainly feel that way every time you post, Jilly.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shot. Did you notice that the horse was grinning for the camera?
ReplyDeleteSharon, I didn't notice that! Well spotted!
ReplyDeleteLovely series of the horses.
ReplyDeleteNothing better than the outside of a horse for the inside of man.
Don't remember who said that but it is so true.

No wonder at all Jilly, it is our favourite village, unfortunately we are not able to visit this year. Sorry not to have commented for a long time but still enjoy your post every day
ReplyDeleteI like horses too and old villages. But I hate cell phones and other phones too (it's almost a phobia!). Your photo is very pretty, as usual.
ReplyDeleteNo, it's no wonder you love it.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if certain ring tones going off near a horse's ear would spook him. I worked at a donkey sanctuary once where the manager girl's ring tone was horses neighing.
Nice shot!
ReplyDeleteA horse and a woman are good friends . And I like them, Because, they look like happy, passing under the shadow of the tree and going out into the sunlight again.
