Chemin des Crèches - the Hole in the Wall
Don't you love this crib... a hole in the wall and covered with glass. Go on... click and blow up the smaller photograph and you'll see the creator of this nativity scene has gone to a lot of trouble.
Yes, the creator has indeed gone to a lot of effort and care. I do like the first photograph here you have included the terracotta pot which is being pushed apart by roots. Lovely elements to this photograph, Jilly.
Can you ever take a dull or uninteresting photo in your city? this creche demonstrates a beautiful way to take advantage of the environment to showcase a belief. Very nice.
I agree with Julie. That top shot is an entirely satisfying image. The smaller shot is great for the detail but the composition of the top shot is top notch!
Oh Jilly,
ReplyDeleteHow I'd love to live here and be able to create my own little creche to share!

No matter where or when I click on your blog I'm always charmed!
ReplyDeleteHand crafted and beautiful in its simplicity....How to make a hole become a curiosité.
ReplyDeleteelle est mignonne cette petite creche dans ce mur
