I ran across a blog awhile ago that featured hanging laundry; wish I could find it again...it was fascinating. There is something so very "human" about that simple act. Love the photo.
Your timing was perfect on this one. It makes me think of the day I spotted a bright lavender house with purple shutters. I looked around to find a place to park to take a photo and about that time, two women emerged from the house, one with a purple blouse and the other with a lavender one. If only I would have had my cameral ready.

ReplyDeleteIs that really a Zen proverb?!! It is great, as is your photo.
ReplyDelete(Some of my best pictures are of hanging laundry. But usually taken inside monasteries, so I probably should not publish them. You think so?)

ReplyDeleteI think that new zoom did you proud on this great catch Jilly. I love laundry hanging on a line. I'm just grateful I don't have to do it anymore!!
