one of the most beautiful towns on the French Riviera
Suspended on a piece of string, a small pink bucket catches water from the overflow pipe of this house in Roquebrune village.
Creative plumbing, wouldn't you say?

Didn't we already know from the crèches that Roquebrune people are creative? ;-))))
ReplyDeleteGood morning from Barbara / Germany
That is gorgeous, Jilly. The colour works well, too! Maybe they use it for their indoor plants? A case of waste-not want-not ...
ReplyDeletebeau coup d'oeil et original
ReplyDeleteThe color is coordinated with the house, but with the bottom of the pail visible, they should remove the price tag sticker from the bottom.
ReplyDeleteThe people of this village are very stylish, colour co-ordinated bucket as well, I love the colours people of this area use on their houses, Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteVery cute, creative, and colorful!
ReplyDeleteCreative plumbing and a glorious capture.
ReplyDeleteStumbled upon your blog and I found it fascinating, I loved all the nativity scenes and the quaint little entrance in the previous post. By the way, I'm Karen from India.
ReplyDeleteI feel that a new visit is coming closer and closer!
ReplyDeleteAnd what if the bucket is filled?;-)
ReplyDeleteOh ! Jilly, people love colour harmony....that's why my heart is so touched looking at all these warm colours compared to our grey surroundings here. That's exactly the kind of picture that pleases me.
