one of the most beautiful towns on the French Riviera
Beautiful photograph and quote.
Very nice, and also that you got the flag and the person on the bike in your shot.Happy Easter!
Lovely shot. I like the move on the picture. Beutiful waves.
A GREAT day for kites on the beach. Wonderful quote with it too.
I would assume that your prevailing winds come from the west, but the wind in your photo looks like it is blowing from Italy.
Fantastic!
Ah, spring! Wonderful quote to accompany a wonderful photo! How do you do it? :-) Ken B.
If I didn't know better, I would have thought that this photo was taken on a Pacific Island. I'd be okay with staying on either place!!
That poor cyclist was probably working very hard to make any headway at all in that stiff breeze.
That is a sparkling photograph. I really like it.
The water looks beautiful though. I like the quote a lot because that is how it is in Boston most days in the shadow of the tall buildings.
A beautiful photo and a perfect quote.
A very impressive photo capturing the mood exactly!
You write your blog with Mr Dickens, Jilly ? :- )I'm yet wondering how you found the perfect quote to illustrate your picture.....That's not fair !
A picture is worth a thousand words, your photo says it all Jilly!(although the Dickens quote is a perfect complement to it)
Reminds me of Winslow Homer - who loved painting palm trees in the wind.http://www.google.com/search?um=1&hl=en&biw=1280&bih=664&tbm=isch&sa=1&q=winslow+homer+hurricane&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq=
