ReplyDeleteThe man is running up the steps and has strong legs, perhaps he went running along the beach before buying his bread. Looks like a fit pair anyway!
You're not kidding; this is what life is all about. I have to say that this weekend I moved into a loft apartment that we own (4 floors, five really....) and Bibi and I trot up and down several times a day....we will be very fit.

Jilly, I agree with Nathalie -- This pair has been out for a jog and your caption says it all. Not a bad life!
ReplyDeleteI never saw a jogger smiling and they don't look any better from the backside either. The dog looks like he is beat.

ReplyDeleteI really like this photo and the message; it's a great reminder. Looks like this man is keeping it simple--the best way to live I think, but tough to maintain here in the US. We try to do too much, all that rushing around for nothing.

ReplyDeleteI think he's been for a walk on the beach, had a pastis (or two) with his pals and now home for lunch, he is maybe a bit late!
ReplyDeleteAnd get your exercise, too. That's a few steps and it looks as though he might be jogging up them.
