Bougainvillea

Bougainvillea tumbles over a gate half way up the steps we saw yesterday.

Cette bougainvillée descend le long d'un portail en fer forgé situé à mi-chemin de l'escalier que nous avons vu hier.

  1. Somehow missed your post yesterday, but bougainvillea, along with wisteria, is one of my favorite climbing flowers. And both make me think of the south of France.

  3. Love this, Jilly, with that glimpse into the garden beyond. Is it considered very rude to look inside?

  6. Lovely warm photo, especially as we are well into winter weather here in North Yorkshire, also enjoying the French version. Thanks Jilly, hope to meet again next April

  7. A lovely walk about --- a nice respite looking at these flowering vines.

It is rain and windy here I still have my roses blooming though.
