No more respect for royalty! :)
ReplyDeleteanyway, she has a beautyful smile!
A beautiful Cleo for sure but what is it with the Silly String? I think that we are "over that" where I live and have been so... I noticed "string" on your feather-girl dancer too.
ReplyDeleteGenie, you are so right. We have Silly String, endless amounts of confetti and bubbles. But then it's that sort of Fete! We don't have it at village fetes or other fetes, thank goodness! Just this one and presumably the Nice carnival which I've never been to, but which runs at the same time approximately.
ReplyDeleteThe eyeliner is a work of art!
ReplyDeleteShe is a pretty young lady. Did you yell at her to get her attention? She looks up at you...
ReplyDeleteCleo is beautiful, but so is the little girl spraying the silly string. I love the way children have so much fun in Menton's version of carnival. Their costumes are adorable. It is like Halloween in the U.S. I remember seeing the costumes on display outside the shops just before the festival began. I did not understand why until I saw the little ones dressed for the festival.
ReplyDeleteMuch better than an asp.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photo shot of Cleopatra. The silly string does not make her less beautiful.
ReplyDeleteSuperb shots.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing the event with us!:)
She seems awfully good-natured about it.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cleopatra.
ReplyDeleteI learned two words today
- silly string and
- serpentin en aérosol
I'd seen this stuff before but had no idea how it was called in French or English
