one of the most beautiful towns on the French Riviera
The colours of Menton are glorious in sunshine and in rain - just the photographer gets wet...
(this was taken a couple of days ago - today is glorious...)

Les couleurs de Menton sont magnifiques sous le soleil et sous la pluie - seulement le photographe se mouille ...

I enjoyed our chat this morning, Jilly. Has set me up for a splendid final two days in Paris for this trip.
ReplyDeleteI, too, am a morning person, and that is where I carve out time for the pursuits which are dear to me. I treat it like going to an office. I owe it to myself.
Take care, my friend.
This image is glistening, Jilly. Lovely.
ReplyDeleteMe too, dear Julie. A lovely conversation that I'm replaying in my mind as the day goes on. Have a wonderful last couple of days in Paris. Know you will.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jack.
Spring rains cleanse the air of pollen and keep all the new growth bright green so I do not mind at all... I love the waterfall effect of the drains!
ReplyDeleteBises,
G
I love this cleansing rain, this winding path . . .
ReplyDeleteAltho our streets are not as picturesque, the weather appears to look the same today.
ReplyDeleteWhat an adorable alley! Such beautiful nooks and crannies with plenty of history I'm sure!
ReplyDeleteWhat a difference the sky makes! From golden peachy glow, to this beautiful range of pastels.
ReplyDeletele photographe se mouille pour notre plaisir
ReplyDeleteah ces pavés mouillés ...
How gorgeous is that slick brick path!
ReplyDeleteI feel like I could step into this beautiful photo of the gleaming path down this ancient corridor. I love how you can take us right to where you live and make it so real with your perspective!
