Bordighera - all in the DNA
No wonder Italians always look so immaculate, so stylish - it all starts in childhood or more likely it's in their DNA.
Take this little boy, living in a medieval village yet he wears fashionable shoes and socks, beautifully pressed cut off jeans, he has a small bag and of course the latest electronic gadget.

God observation.
ReplyDeleteHe's got cool style indeed! Love his shoes!
ReplyDeleteWhen we were in Capri we visited the home of an English woman who had married an Italian. She had a reception and gave a talk about women in Italian society, etc. She talked about how Italian women dote over and spoil their sons, including saving money by doing without fashions themselves so that their young boys would be dressed well for school.
ReplyDeleteLucky (and slightly spoiled?) little guy! :-) ... and also with the chance to live in such nice environment!
ReplyDeleteIs it just me, or does he appear to have his shoes on the wrong feet?
ReplyDeleteJulie, they are on the correct feet - see the fixings. I am with you tho that they look rather strange. Think it's the shape of the shoes.
ReplyDeleteThe different textures are a feast for the eye! Wonderfully composed shot, Jilly. Love it!
