Palm Sunday in Gorbio - Elegance

It wasn't only Gorbio's beautiful children that caught my eye on Palm Sunday. How is this for an elegant lady. Meet Madame Bracco whose son, Yvan, owns the Restaurant Beausejour in the village. Before him, Madame Bracco used to run it with her husband and before that it belonged to her husband's father who started it. The restaurant has been in the same family for four generations.

Madame Bracco holds brnaches of bay and box to await the curé's blessing.

Ce n'était pas seulement de beaux enfants de Gorbio qui ont attiré mon attention le dimanche des Rameaux. C'était aussi une dame élégante. Voici Mme Bracco dont le fils, Yvan est le propriétaire du Restaurant Beauséjour dans le village. Avant lui, Mme Bracco en était propriétaire avec son mari et avant il appartenait au père de celui-ci qui l'avait ouvert. Le restaurant a été dans la même famille depuis quatre générations.

Mme Bracco tient des branches de laurier et de buis en attendant la bénédiction du curé.
