Poppies

'That we find a crystal or a poppy beautiful means that we are less alone, that we are more deeply inserted into existence than the course of a single life would lead us to believe. '

~ John Berger

~~~~~
'Que nous trouvions beaux un cristal ou un coquelicot signifie que nous sommes moins seuls, que nous sommes plus profondément insérés dans l’existence que le cours d’une seule vie pourrait nous le faire penser.'
~ John Berger
  6. Poppies are the California state flower. And there are similarities between the coast of Southern California and the Riviera.
