Fête de la Branda - the Process

The still is nearly empty. In the second photo Emil closes the outlet and as you see in the last shot, Alain helps to load several sacks of fermented grape marc into the still - ready to commence the next batch of the Branda.

L'alambic est presque vide. Sur la deuxième photo, Emil ferme l'orifice et ainsi que vous le voyez sur la dernière photo, Alain l'aide à charger plusieurs sacs de marc de raisins fermentés dans l'alambic - c'est prêt pour commencer la prochaine distillation de Branda.
