The Telethon - Decorative Wreaths

These decorative wreaths were made by Gorbio children during their attendance at JLED events. (JLED - Youth, recreation, discoveries and study.) is an organisation run by hardworking local volunteers. Aren't the wreaths just lovely. They were on sale for the benefit of the Telethon.Tomorrow: the return of the ramblers.

Ces couronnes décoratives ont été confectionnées par les enfants de Gorbio dans le cadre de leur participation au JLED. (Jeunesse Loisirs Études découvertes). Le JLED est une organisation dirigée par des bénévoles locaux qui y travaillent avec ardeur. Ne sont-elles pas vraiment charmantes ces couronnes? Elles étaient en vente au profit du Téléthon.
Demain, le retour des randonneurs.
They look a lot better than the evergreen wreaths that are ubiquitous in this country. These won't shed needles all over the floor.
ReplyDeleteOlivier has had many posts over the years about Telethon. I gather there is just one big one in France. They have died out over here. Our attention spans are too short.
