Mauro Colagreco and his Fishmonger

There I was photographing the amazing display in Ventimiglia's fabulous fish market when I felt a tap on the shoulder and then a kiss on each cheek. It was Mauro Colagreco, Chef Extraordinaire at his celebrated 2 Michelin star restaurant, Le Mirazur in Menton, recently named the 11th best restaurant in the world.

And as you can see it takes a lot of consideration before buying his produce but once the decision is made, Mauro was happy to pose with his fishmonger.

Alors que je photographiais le superbe étalage de la poissonnerie dans le joli marché de Vintimille, j'ai senti une tape sur mon épaule suivie d' une bise  sur chaque joue. C'était Mauro Colagreco, propriétaire et grand chef du célèbre restaurant Le Mirazur, 2 étoiles au Michelin, à Menton  et  récemment nommé le 11 ème meilleur restaurant dans le monde.

Et comme vous pouvez le voir il lui  faut beaucoup de réflexion avant de choisir son produit, mais une fois que la décision est prise, Mauro est heureux de poser avec son poissonnier.
